A young woman was scared. She had been walking down a trail through the forest. Now it was dark and she was lost. She didn’t know how to get out. She had been walking for hours, and she was starting to lose hope.
But then she remembered the words of Psalm 23:4. She knew that God was with her, and that He would protect her.
The young woman took a deep breath and continued walking. She kept her eyes on the path, and she trusted that God would lead her out of the forest.
After a while, the young woman saw a light in the distance. She walked towards the light, and soon she came to a clearing. In the middle of the clearing was a small cottage.
The young woman knocked on the door, and an old woman answered. The young woman told the old woman her story, and the old woman invited her inside.
The old woman gave the young woman food and a place to sleep. The next morning, the old woman showed the young woman the way out of the forest.
The young woman thanked the old woman for her help, and she continued on her journey. She was grateful to God for protecting her, and she knew that she would never forget the kindness of the old woman.
The young woman’s story is an inspiration to us all. It shows us that God is always with us, even in the darkest of times. He will protect us and guide us, and He will never leave us.
“Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”
